Whether you want to transport your pet yourself or have us do it. We offer full service grooming for all breeds according to what YOU want.
If you choose to have us transport your pet for you we will pick up and drop off your furry friend at the time and place discussed and will return them in pristine condition when they are done. We do not use cages and grooming straight through from beginning to end. This method cuts down grooming time by as much as an hour. Not to mention you no longer have to schedule your day around your grooming appointment and drop everything because your dog is done. We have created a homelike environment to make you and your pet more comfortable. We want your pet to feel safe and secure when coming to see us. That is why we elimated the common stress elements that other grooming shops use.

We here at MC Pet Concierge believe in good old fashioned Customer Service. We are passionate about what we do. We will never sacrifice our ethics, integrity, or quality to make a quick dollar. Your pet will be the only appointment scheduled at the specific time discussed. We will never overbook and because of this your pet will receive our undivided attention.
How It Works: When you call or email us we will discuss your dog (breed, medical issues if any and any other questions that you may have) and scheduling needs. We will then set up the drop-off/pick-up time and secure the appointment. Upon pick-up we will go over what your needs are for your pet and give you an exact price so there are no surprises. We will call and confirm your appointment the day before to make sure that the address and pick-up time are all correct.
Pricing: Pricing is based on breed, condition of coat, as well as type of style you would like for your pet. All of our grooming prices are All Inclusive. Which means there are no hidden cost.
There is an additional fee for severely matted dogs that you want brushed out due to it taking extra prep time and special care. This price is based on a case by case basis. We will give you an estimated cost during the initial phone call/email and then give you a definate price upon drop-off/pick-up.
Discounts: We do offer special monthly discount pricing with automatic billing and payment options. (rebooking every 6 weeks)
Or you can pre-purchase a certain number of visits at a discounted rate which will be paid at the time of setup.
Travel Cost: We charge A Flat Rate of $10 within a 5 mile radius and an additional $1 per mile outside of the 5 mile radius. In the event that anything happens we always want to be prepared. So we made sure that both the business location and the vehicles policies cover your furry companion. We are insured through STATE FARM for any incident that may happen. If you have any questions reguarding this please do not hestitate to ask.
Payments: We accept all Major Credit Cards, Cash and Check. We can either take your payment ahead of time by emailing you an invoice through SquareUp with a payment option, manually enter your credit card information over the phone, or you can pay at drop off through our card swipe mobil kiosk, cash, or check (If you pay by check and it is returned than we will automatically invoice you an additional $25 returned check fee). Every client will recieve a paper invoice of services for your records upon drop off. All credit card transactions are processed and guaranteed secure through SquareUp GoPayment/Online application. In the event that something goes wrong, SquareUp and MC Pet Concierge will do everything to correct the issue in a timely manner.
Additional Information: We understand that unexpected things can happen. So there will be no charge for cancellations made 24 hours prior to appointment. If you cancel or are not at the pre-set destination for your scheduled pickup time or choose not to use us after arrival than we will charge a $25 dollar missed/cancelled appointment fee to the credit card information on file that was given at the intial setup consultation. If that card is not valid then we will send you an invoice for the fee. If you make an appointment where you are to bring your pet and have 2 late cancellations or no-show appointments then a $25 deposit will be required when you rebook your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the groom. If you do not show up then the deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding.
